Day 0 — Command center is live
The plan exists and it's public. Mission: design a robot from scratch, train it, deploy it — full-stack (mech + EE + electronics + CS + ML). Two robots share one curriculum: the drone becomes the first physical build (₹50k budget over 6–12 months, building on my PX4/Gazebo experience), the humanoid lives in MuJoCo until a mini-biped arrives for sim2real. 20–30 hrs/week, ~15 months, 6 phases. Dashboard deployed on Vercel with auto-deploy from GitHub — every push updates this page.
